Account Registration

Subscriptions and Payment

Billing

Our subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, every 4 months, or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. At the end of the trial, your selected payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after notice is given.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not renew
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our educational content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Intellectual Property

All content on Foundational Things AI, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The content will meet your specific educational needs
• Any errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundational Things AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
