• Learning content: The messages you send to our AI tutors, the responses you receive, and any files or images you attach to a conversation
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your full card number)
• Communications: Any messages you send to us for support

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
• Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain our educational services
• Process your subscription and payments
• Send you service-related communications
• Respond to your questions and support requests

AI Tutors and Your Conversations

To answer you, the messages and attachments you send are processed by AI models hosted on Microsoft Azure. Your conversations and uploaded files are stored on Microsoft Azure so you can return to them later.

• Quality review: We may review conversations in pseudonymized form — with account identifiers removed and contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers redacted — to evaluate and improve the quality of our tutors.
• Shared links: If you create a share link for a conversation, anyone who has the link can view that conversation and its attachments, including messages added later, until you turn sharing off.
• Sensitive information: Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your messages or uploads.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. When you subscribe, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe's secure servers. We receive only limited information (last four digits of your card, expiration date, and billing address) to display in your account and for fraud prevention.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service providers: Companies that help us operate our platform: Stripe (payments), Microsoft Azure (hosting, file storage, and the AI models that power our tutors), Google (if you choose Google sign-in), and our email delivery provider
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure password hashing. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Cancel your subscription at any time

You can delete your account yourself at any time from the Account security page; this permanently removes your conversations, projects, and uploaded files and cancels any subscription.
